Christmas Dinner

I find it quite humorous that though T and I are fortunate to live in the same city as both of our parents, we just had our last Christmas of 2011. Last weekend, we had T’s family over to celebrate and have dinner together. I never knew that I would cross this item off of my list so quickly in my life, but we hosted Christmas dinner! It was very fun and went smoothly.

I am not sure if you are able to tell in the pictures, but my Christmas china is the twelve days of Christmas by William Sonoma. Christmas in England slightly influenced the evening as I set the table with poppers and we had trifle as one of the desserts.

Below are pictures, I will post the recipes tomorrow. Look forward to a post on Friday revealing where I scooted off to earlier this week.
